We have populated the most frequently asked questions below.
The Rosemary Foundation is a Hospice at Home care provider. This means that all our care is provided in the patients home or normal place of residence.
The Rosemary Foundation is a charity therefore all care is provided free of charge. We rely totally on charitable donations.
The Rosemary Foundation cover a 15 mile radius of Petersfield. This includes Petersfield, Lindford, Emsworth and Cowplain. We take referrals from following GP surgeries.
Our office is located in central Petersfield on Lavant Street.
We do not have a charity shop.
As a charity, we rely totally on charitable donations. We maybe able to take any items please call the office on 01730 266329. You can also make a donation online either via a one off donation or through regular giving.
You can make a donation online or via cheque. Calling the office to take payments over the phone. Please see our donations page for further information.

I've never met a group of such caring individuals as the Rosemary Nursing Foundation. They have supported my family and especially my Nan through my Grandad's end of life care.
