An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Nurse to join The Rosemary Foundation Hospice at Home charity as our Clinical Lead.
We are a Nurse Led service providing palliative care over a 24-hour period and responding to SOS calls. You will be responsible for leading Registered Nurses and Health Care Assistants to provide high quality, safe and responsive nursing care that is evidenced based.
You will be an integral member of the Senior Leadership Team and you will support the Registered Manager in ensuring the delivery of excellence in palliative care nursing.
