Location:Petersfield
Salary:£12,096
Hours:Part-time – 16 hours per week
Tuesday – Friday, 9.30 am – 1.30 pm
Contract Type:Permanent

Are you an experienced administrator with a passion for supporting meaningful work? Do you thrive in a busy, varied role where your organisational skills and attention to detail make a real impact?

The Rosemary Foundation Hospice at Home is seeking an Administrator to join our busy Administration team. As a vital member of the team, you will contribute to the smooth running of our operations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Senior leadership team with diary management, meeting preparation, taking minutes and general administration support.
  • Provide administrative support to the Registered Manager.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring compliance with data protection and charity regulations.
  • Liaise with volunteers, stakeholders and visitors to the office with professionalism and empathy.
  • Be a key member of the Fundraising & Operations team and be prepared to attend fundraising events as appropriate.
  • Work closely with the Volunteer Coordinators ensuring the volunteer register is kept up to date, volunteering hours are recorded, DBS checks are undertaken and new volunteers are onboarded appropriately.
  • Be the H&S champion – undertake weekly fire alarm and emergency lighting checks and monthly premise checks.
  • Be responsible for general office housekeeping.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and confidence with digital systems including website updates.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • A proactive, flexible approach and the ability to work independently.
  • Commitment to the values and mission of the Rosemary Foundation.
  • A car driver with own transport.
