The Rosemary Foundation Hospice at Home is seeking an Administrator to join our busy Administration team. As a vital member of the team, you will contribute to the smooth running of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Senior leadership team with diary management, meeting preparation, taking minutes and general administration support.
- Provide administrative support to the Registered Manager.
- Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring compliance with data protection and charity regulations.
- Liaise with volunteers, stakeholders and visitors to the office with professionalism and empathy.
- Be a key member of the Fundraising & Operations team and be prepared to attend fundraising events as appropriate.
- Work closely with the Volunteer Coordinators ensuring the volunteer register is kept up to date, volunteering hours are recorded, DBS checks are undertaken and new volunteers are onboarded appropriately.
- Be the H&S champion – undertake weekly fire alarm and emergency lighting checks and monthly premise checks.
- Be responsible for general office housekeeping.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and confidence with digital systems including website updates.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- A proactive, flexible approach and the ability to work independently.

- A car driver with own transport.
