Sophie Ekins is kindly walking 155 Miles for The Rosemary Foundation in October.
On her page, Sophie wrote: The Rosemary Foundation in Petersfield is a charity that provides free hospice care at home, supporting people with life-limiting illnesses and their families. Their wonderful team of nurses and carers not only bring comfort and dignity to those at the end of life, but also walk alongside families with compassion, guidance, and bereavement support.
They made an incredible difference to my mum and to our family — giving us care, kindness, and reassurance when we needed it most. I’ll always be grateful for the work they do for so many families in our community.
