If you would prefer to receive information by email (i.e. our regular e-newsletter featuring Hospice and fundraising updates, no 3rd party emails), or not at all, please tick the appropriate box below.

Email communications save us money compared to sending information in the post.

Payment

  • Donations for Monthly Giving are collected on the same date of 1st payment.
  • Donations for Quarterly Giving  are collected every 3 months on the same date of 1st payment.
  • For Annual Payment Donations these are collected every 12 months on the same date of 1st payment.
